You do realize we got down by 9 pts in the 3rd with Douglas.

Bottom line: the whole team played awful

It was to give Lin a rest but even with him in it wouldn't of mattered. Roxs can't get a defensive stop to save their lives and Lin shot 5-15.

I agree. The team has playe with no energy or passion for the last 4-5 games. It's because they don't trust/buy-in to coach McFail/Sampson's system. It was just like Mike Brown trying to run the Princeton with 4 mega duper stars. Coaches have to play their players strength, like Adelman and all the great coaches do, not fit a square peg into a round hole.

I don't know what coach is thinking. We have the momentum and he benched Lin. Momentum gone and Lin back in.

Can't wait for coach McHale to be back. Terrible coaching...

Adelman had his head-scratchers as well. Like when he would play Scola at the 5, or how unclutch we were down the stretch, or how we would be up by double digit leads by halftime then all of a sudden put up a stinker in the 3rd.

    Good times...

Another 30% shooting game from Lin. Being guarded by Mo Williams...

When are we going to face facts?

I'm starting to wonder if the kid can hit a jumper in practice or shoot-around.

Lin took 4 of those shots only after the team was down 22 in the last few minutes he played... after dropping multiple open looks and NOBODY could sink a jumper or layup.

1 was a blocked shot, 1 was off his own rebound of his own miss.

It wasn't nearly as bad as the boxscore makes it appear.

lol. not really. Lowry had 4 years with us before he was putting up all-star numbers.

Dragic had 1.5 years with us before he started playing really well for the suns.

Lin has had 11 games with us so far...

Yeah that's the problem with statistics, it doesn't tell the whole truth. GRRR!!

Anyways, I guess at least Lin is showing some signs of life. Just don't know how in the world can he shoot such a low percentage.

Go through the play by plays. His play was solid through the 1st half... until he was benched with the lead closed to 10.

Screens. This team needs someone who can set a effective screen. There was one play where Lin literally had to out run his opponent like he was Usain Bolt or something. Holy smokes I couldn't stop SMH. Asik is the only player that tries to set one & Morris too I believe but they are still trash. Does anybody have a video on how important screens are in the NBA? Maybe Torocan does.

Just look at the old PnR D'Antoni video you linked.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=QK5yjAos7vI

Lots of creative screen plays... very few of which look ANYTHING like our screens.

You know, if Knicks were to trade Amare, I think he would fit well with Lin. Loves to pick and roll, can finish strong, and shoot the mid range.
