Say what you want about the J.zz fans...but they show up loud and proud every time...no excuses...and stay till the end...gym was loud even in the end of the game...probably one of the best home Courts...

The team has been organized around Harden's isos. You can't expect them to change gears instantly -- especially with the horrible coaching they've been getting.

Did you see any proper picks or screens being set? Like literally every time Lin attacked the basket he pretty much had to just use his quickness to out run his man & his size to get some separation. That is a big issue for this team. No guard can function effectively without a proper screen setter. CP3 said it himself screens just open everything up for everyone. Screens are like the #1 most important offensive set in your arsenal. This I think is the biggest issue for the rockets on the offensive end.

He's a SF. So is Parsons. When the Jazz broadcasters said the Jazz would use a big lineup, I knew right there the Rockets were in trouble.

As bad as the loss was, its fun watching the Lin fanatics try to blame coaching for how atrocious he has been.

seriously.....what did people here expect this year? THis team is rebuilding. At best they're a 30-35 win team and they're playing like it. Dragic averaged 7 pts 2 assists the year after he broke out in the playoffs. It took another full season after that (2 years since his "linsanity" moment) for Dragic to become the solid player he has become today. Yet Lin walks, they expect the world after 25 games, then after 11 games (4-5 of which he had ok to very good games) they feel hopeless and want to pull the plug.

I think he take it too personally. 11 points comments is really ignorant.

Now I know why you allow that ridiculous "Jeremy Lin is a joke" thread on the front page.

Lin was attrocious once again. You cant blame Harden, sampson or the racist ball . He had full control of the offense and looked bad.Positives were smith,Coock and Jones other then that this team without Harden will be lucky to win 10 games this season.

Are you crazy? Patterson is most definitely not a SF.

Right now he's not very consistent and only good for short bursts of minutes. And he is a 4.

Asik and Patterson are not the best, Patterson especially. Asik at least tries, I'm not so sure with Patterson.

It's true though, you hardly ever see a defender taken off the ball by a pick on this team.

Asik does so many things well, it's excusable. Patterson, I hope the Rockets are just displaying him to the NBA so they can get something for him. He's a good bench player but I don't think he's more than that. It seems like all he ever wants to do is put up jumpers and not do the dirty work a big man is supposed to do like setting picks and fighting for every rebound.

I don't think anyone defended or attacked Jeremy Lin's performance tonight. People were just puzzled Sampson would take Lin out when he brought the team back to 10 points.

I've been pounding on this personally...... What's funny is the screens in the Jazz game were an improvement over previous games. Hard to believe.

The real problem is Asik (when not gassed) and Morris are the only two players who even set screens.

Lin's lateral movement took a step forward, and made some plays without screens. (If Lin gets totally back, he'll ISO better than Harden.) The thing is when with the Knicks, he did get screens, and was lethal. Mind you, he did have a 38 point game against the Lakers last season. (Could have been a reason for that Kobe stare down last night. It was revenge for what happened last season.)

TD inherited a ten-point deficit and managed to reduce that to only nine points. Yay.
