I guess. I've been following he Rox since 2000. Lost my job and moved around. Finally found my way back and just getting warmed up to the hilarity of the boards again. I posted something similar to this on another thread too. Maybe now you'll report me for spamming too?
reading the title of this post made me laugh...clever. Hopefully Eremy starts making his shots and everything improves but these kind of things take time. He's been shooting awful since the beginning of the season and if he doesn't get better and play with more confidence then its only going to get worse for him. Whether coaching staff tells him to play the way he is, missing open shots really isnt an excuse. I am a huge lin fan but Im not in denial with his performance. Hes doing fine in every category except his shooting, his only excuse being that he hasnt played a full season yet and is still developing. But ******* it is painful to watch him hesitate, second-guess, defer, and overall just play without any confidence. Every missed shot it seems to get worse. At least hes not letting it effect any other areas.
Ok, I get it, some of you guys don't like to exercise rationale and common sense but for the sake of not sounding like a knee-jerking jackass for once, at least TRY to. Yes, Jeremy has always had a jumper, including last season. No, he wasn't Steve Novak but his shot was pretty effective. There's many possibilities for why his shots aren't falling at the moment. Could be confidence? could be lack of playing in rhythm outside his position? could be his knee doesn't have the same lift yet? upper body added muscles mass? because that boy got big during the summer. Hell, could be as simple as going through a shooting slump or is Jeremy prohibited from going through one? So what Im saying is give it some time, no his shot did not just get up and walk away The last 2 games he's finally been given more freedom to play PG, let him get comfortable and his shot will follow.

Even when he makes it it doesn't look good going in the rim, kinda like when Rafer used to shoot. Here's to hoping Jeremy gets a shooting coach in the summer!
It was just my game time comment. I didn't figure it to be thread topic, nor did I even think that someone would steal it and made it a thread.
Actually I was referring to posts on different threads, including ones not on this site. I thought that I had posted something similar on one of the other threads. I wasn't referring to a comment on this one.
