No, Lin is absolutely not doing fine.

Lin is playing like absolute garbage right now. He is shooting 35% from the field and taking ten shots a game.

Looks like this team lost a lot of the grit that gave us an identity for the past 5 years. I'm not surprised after losing players like Lowry, Landry, Scola, Hayes, and Battier.

You are tripping if you think he is doing "fine". No one thinks TD is good; Chill that noise.

    Goran's averaging 16/7.

I see Lin being better than that eventually. He's already the superior passer imo. Goran's obviously the better shooter but shooting is the easiest thing to improve.

Lin has played 1500 minutes to Goran's 5500 and Dragic just barely broke out last season in his 6th year in the league.

Jeremy's development is already faster than Goran's at the same stage of their careers.

I was going to ask how much you guys thought Parsons was going to get paid in the offseason but I looked it up and he's under contract for the next 2 seasons as well. [Morey Pic]

Seriously how many times do we have to tell people that it is NOT back loaded for the Rockets.

Guys, we are playing against arguably the best team in the league. They're having a good game but we're having a terrible game. It doesn't mean we suck necessarily. We need some work and we are far from winning a playoff game or even making it to the playoffs but it's not that bad. I just wish we would have spent less money on Harden and Lin lol.

Get out of here with this.

Harden is a top 5 SG this year and the numbers show it.

Harden SHOWED up tonight. He was the only reason this team even had a shot going into the 4th quarter. They went away from him two times...and both times the Lakers went on runs. This isn't coincidence.

If the Rockets did not have Harden we'd be talking about Shabazz vs Cody Zeller or something.

Okay I'm out before the Lin bashing starts. Don't know why Lin continues to be the most hated player on this team. It's always cup half empty with him. It's like Linsanity is his curse. I just hope for his sake, he finds his shot. I really don't think he playing bad right now except for his shooting. But as the wise man, Torocan, once said, I will wait till late December early Jan before I get really concerned.

    Good point.

4-6. It'll get better. If it doesn't, well that's fine too.

Does Morey have something up his sleeve? It's probably wishful thinking bc it's too early to make a splash trade.

Miami was sort of expected with Asik and their lack of height. We were lucky to be in the game. The Lakers have so much size and length that your best shot is a bad jumper. All they do is clog up the lane and beat you up on offense/defense.

Here is the scapegoat for tonight's loss: Jeremy Lin

Forget that he gave the team 20+ off of assists. Forget that the Lakers had two seven footers that put in 45 points. Forget that the Lakers are shooting close to 60% for the whole game because the Rox can't guard their big men.

Make sure to blame Lin. He's the problem with this Rox team.

Agreed on Lin, but not Harden. We have an elite star, but we need good role players. The ones we have are too young, inexperienced, and soft.

If 20-7-2-(4) is a bad game from Harden then I'm very excited about the future.

I could have sworn it only gets backloaded for NY, but for us it is 8/8/8. But Hoopshype is showing it backloaded.

When someone goes 4-5 from 3, it's time to take him out of the game!

I've never hated an assistant coach so much in my life. Sampson is so wildly under-qualified to sit in the big chair.
