To be clear, I wasn't making any judgement about the posters listed, I just have a good idea of who falls on what side of this issue. I actually enjoy what rocketsjudoka has to say most times, and there are occasional posts by ATW and Mathloom I agree with too. Though, after reading the thread, it seems ATW has fallen into the basso/bigtexx level on this issue

Collective punishment of an entire people is nothing new for Israel. Hamas are scumbags, but using this double war crime flaky ass justified stance (Palestine commits double the war crimes, including ours!), Israel has nothing but itself to blame for the toxic atmosphere that scumbags can thrive in.

I wouldn't be surprised if Likud was full of people who thought like this. Their electioneering war games will do nothing more than keep the eternal cycle of suffering going.

Its not a part of Islamic ideology to use your own people as human shields. Its not preached anywhere in the Quran. Its a part of dirty guerilla warfare ideology, or they have tanks, air support etc and we have **** ideology. The side with the least resources always plays dirtier in war. Except that rockets had been coming out of Gaza earlier in November, and in October, and since Israel pulled out of Gaza. To say that Israel started the fighting by killing a child on November 8, when there were rocket attacks ongoing in October is nonsensical. The cause cannot follow the effect, it is one of the defining principals of causality.

The rockets were coming out before the children playing soccer were killed. The rockets always come from civilian areas. It isn't like Hamas provides a website with a handy map showing their rocket launch sites, but I don't think you will find any support for the proposition that their launch sites are not in civilian areas.

Nope, I doubt Anonymous is run by Hamas, it is quite a bit more effective than Hamas has ever been. Though I doubt this will have a major effect on, well, anything really.
