Espn: Royce White ready to walk away

He tweeted and a photo of his kid and is talking about quitting. Going for the sympathy card. If i didn't know he has a anxiety disorder I would mistake him for a heroin addict.

If this is just an episode the Rockets need to have a thicker skin by letting it blow over and start fresh with him.

 

does anybody know if Royce played in RGV Vipers preaseason game tonight? I doubt it since he was tweeting but I was looking for the box score and RGV scored 52 pts in the 4th to comeback and win but no box score on NBA.com

I still have hope that Royce can be a good NBA player for the Rockets, since the team is still saying the right thing..

But I don't think I'll ever be able to root for the guy after this episode. His arrogance and false sense of entitlement is sickening.

 

Grammar isn't just for classrooms.

 

You have anxiety, own it and quit running from it. The rockets need a creator like you. Don't give in!

 

The guy really has problems, I don't know if it's from an illness or if he is just being immature. I know one thing though, when he has to go out and get a real job instead of playing basketball he will then realize that it's not all about his health but about making a living also. He will then realize the horrible mistake he is making.

 

Give the kid and the org some time to figure things out.
It's not like he is guaranteed any minutes because Jones, Dmo and Mook are all in front of him.

I think his agent is being too quiet here. It makes me wonder if he has worked a deal that's promised him minutes from another team should he get cut?

 

I'm kinda sick of hearing about him. Alot of people would die to have his opportunity. I hope he knows what he is doing.
