Douglas switched on Parsons, it became a mismatch.

Lin's not getting dealt, and you are less than 10 games into his rockets career. Give it time for him and the coaching staff. Though it wouldn't shock me to see the coaches replaced at the end of the year.

I have exactly the same thought about Coach Sampson relying on the "eye test" to justify playing Douglas to stop Lillard.

But who would pulled out the quarterback and subbed in a defensive player to win in OT? They had 0 assists in the OT while Lin made 3 of 5 assists in the 4Q. *SMH* Bad coaching move for sure.

But he just proved how badly this team needed Lin in the OT.

I was mad but were only going to get better...our offense is really starting to click and guys are getting more confident with their shot...peeps keep forgetting were the youngest team even though that not an excuse but were only going to get better

I suppose. but Lin is sorta feast or famine. Either he does really well and pulls you in a win, or he plays mediocre, and other team descends on him and our team like a pack of wild dogs injected with bath salts. I could take him or leave him, I guess you could say.

Lin's defense, or lack there of, is the reason the Blazers came back. He was out there getting torched. If anything was wrong with the coaching, it's that they kept him in too long.

    1. Lin needs to BE the creator.
    2. Lin needs to FINISH out games.
    3. Lin needs to BE in OT.
    4. TD is annoying me. Not hating but seriously. He's probably going to be part of a trade soon. And with him playing, all that time could have been used for Lin to get more experienced.
    5. Harden needs to play off the ball... stop this ISO crap, you aren't Kobe.
    6. Asik needs to dunk with force, be stronger, and learn how to pump-fake at the rim.
    7. Morris needs to start instead of Patterson.
    8. I somehow really miss Courtney Lee right now...... anyone else?
    9. Where ever D-Mo and T-Jones are, we need them to grow and start playing, even if that means losing more games. Only because I think these 2 players CAN play.
    10. It's another loss, yes.. but another loss towards maybe a good thing happening? We're still young. And it hasn't even been 10 games yet. Let's breathe and relax.

    BEAT LA ON SUNDAY! :)

Dude are you serious? You tried bringing race into the conversation saying no one wanted to be outdone by an asian. Seriously your posts are so ****ing stupid that I want to shoot myself in the head.

Yeah, I just checked the box score. Lilard had 11 points in the 4th quarter. 4 are from FT's, and a 3-pointer with Lin out.

So he scored 4 on Lin.

How is it r****ded if it's true? You think Lebron and Wade wanted to get out-played by an Asian when Lin was on his Linsanity streak? It gave them extra motivation.

If you were well-read, and read Woj's recent article on Lin, even Lin admits that other guys out there go at him with a chip on their shoulder because he's asian and they don't want to get embarrassed by him.

One thing I do not understand is....

Why did the Rockets not double Lillard or Batum when they are unnatrually hot?

    I know someone is thinking....

"Well Lillard took over, why couldn't Harden?"

Lillard was singled and Harden was doubled. If you see Parsons on him, SWITCH. Double and switch, get the ball out of his hands instead of just watch him hit another three because his defender is too slow.

He hit two big 3s the exact same way and in OT that was just dumb.

I really thought initially that Sampson has turned the corner and started believing in Jeremy to give more of the offense to him. And Jeremy really played well like a true pg - dishing out some beautiful passes. And although he was missing his shots, he looked aggressive and didn't look as passive.

But having seen what Sampson did to him in OT, I now believe that Sampson only played Jeremy more probably due to pressure coming from FO and when it mattered, he fell back to what he believes is the best team - and the team that has TD as the PG. If Samson was phil Jackson and had his way, no way he would let Jeremy even play.

What started out to be a great night turned into a nightmare, with one of the worst coaching moves I have seen in a long time. No matter how much you hate Jeremy, how can you leave him out the entire overtime. It's like punishing him for the great game he finally had since being the rocket.

I have no respect for Sampson as a coach (his talent evaluation is obviously off) and will have no regard for Morey if he continues to support such clueless coaching staff.

At the end of the year? That is too late. Do it now, management.

people go at lin because they think he's overrated not because he's asian.

tebow got the same ****. people wanted to show the world he was overrated. it has nothing to do with race.
