    Toney is going under screens while Lin is fighting through them. Toney looks active on defense but I'm convinced that's just because he flails his arms around like an epileptic.

    Questionable coaching there. Lin wasn't doing a bad job defending Lillard at all.

    There's neutral announcers, homerific ones and then there's the Blazers' announcers. They're unbearable, it's taking all my self control not to mute their asses.

    Douglas gets to play through all his dumbass play pretty much the entire season but Lin makes a few pick and roll aggressive plays that cause 1 or 2 turnovers and a easy missed shot so we can't run that play anymore coach!

    TD is generally a better defender than Lin, but for some reason, lin is taking away lillard's angles or something more effectively tonite. TD has allowed lillard to score on him at least twice with rather open looks. I dunno.

    Sampson must have been listening to the Portland annoucers. They said Toney Douglas has been playing better defense than Lin tonight.

    Gee. I love/hate Sampson.

    What are you guys talking about?

    Sampson, on the contrary, is doing something rational for once. Douglas's defense is superior (he's really quick-footed and is able to keep up with Lillard better than Lin can).

    This was the mistake that cost us our last game against Portland. ANd since we're ahead, we SHOULD be focusing on defense.
