    This is a great point.

The only thing he'll prove is that teams shouldn't take a gamble on a athlete with a mental illness, if any thing he will have hurt what he claims to be fighting for.

homie is a self centered bratt ass little girl.I feel so sorry for him.Should he buy a new Benz or go with merceds?Stress has to be killin him.He is complaining about getting paid to play a game.I wish he would quit and join the real world with the rest of us.Work ninety hours a week and still have a hard time feeding ya kids and see if that helps his stress.

Yesss, not a fail I was never a fan of Royce but supported him for being on the Rockets and if he walks i'll forget he was even a rocket. But man I feel bad for Morey wasting a decent pick in a heavy draft.

Just stop with this please. He's a troubled young man who needs help, but getting help isn't what anyone here thinks it is. Meaning, the worst thing you can do is enable him, but calling him names just fuels his fire and makes everything worse.

Please, please, please listen to this interview-

If anything will help people understand what you should do in this situation if you do not interact with anyone with this illness, its this interview.

I agree with the article unless he is No. 1 talent on Lebron's level and better prospect than Anthony Davis himself then franchises will fully cater to his needs.

I shouldnt have called names i apologise and i like the dude.I just think he is taking things for granted.Everyone has problems. Some choose to deal with them and some cop out.He has been blessed with talent and an opportunity.he should take advantage of it

No worries, this is just a situation that is hard for folks to understand. Its just a sad situation. The best thing to do is to just ignore him. The folks tweeting him things that you would tell a normal person who is just acting like a brat is fueling the fire. His delusional mental state of mind is something we will never understand.

couldn't agree more but he has to make his own decisions by doing what he thinks is best for him so if he leaves no hard feelings.

Never seen anything this bizarre. Wonder how he developed into good player at Iowa with this type of severe anxiety. I still don't understand what's the problem. College game environment is very similar to NBA and still basketball at end of day which he been doing since at least high school. It's not like Yao going to a new country with different culture, language, living condition...

This interview probably deserves it's own thread. This is a GREAT explanation of the situation.

You don't know what you're talking about. Really. Horrible character assasination of McHale based on bad info an agent relayed in a documentary.

This Royce White situation is really bizzard
    He making his PR worse
    Too bad
Lots of good players have fear of flying
Gretzky used to drive to Calgary games when he was with the Oilers
Remember that helicopter ride John Daly took and it looked he was having a freaking heart attack?
