I've seen the complaints about Swoly regularly, but I guess I've just missed these types of posts of his in the past. this is some of the worst trolling i've seen in all my years here. stop acting like an ass, dude.

If some guacamole jockey in a 93 Ford Taurus hits me then takes off on foot I'd probably assume he was an illegal with no insurance.

Swoly keeps trolling all you fools, just put him on ignore. It will make it easier for the rest of us that have him on ignore as well since we don't have to see his quoted posts.

If you have uninsured motorist under your policy you'll be okay.

SwoLy hasn't had an episode in a while and has actually been a pretty solid poster for a few months now. But I guess Royce White inspired him to go off the chain so he's back to his old shenanigans. #ignorance #transparency #wordaap

I'm very sorry to hear about this incident. I really hope your GF recovers quickly, you can recover some compensation for damages, and this creep gets what he deserves.

One note, I am not trolling and I don't want to send this thread towards D&D territory, but I really have to take issue with your statement.

There are no such thing as good illegals. I don't care they are over here doing everything else by the book. They are here in violation of our laws and hence they are criminals. It is the tolerance of them, both by people like yourself and by our own inept government, that are enabling them to continue contributing to the problems our nation is facing.. culturally, economically, as well as from a security standpoint.

Legal immigration is definitely a positive and should be encouraged. I have nothing but contempt for the scum that chooses shortcut their way in and invades our country, knowingly violates our national sovereignty. They didn't respect our laws in the first place, what reason do they have to respect them once they are here?

    Thanks for your well wishes.

You’re right. No need for this thread to take a turn for the D&D. But I did want to respond to your comment. I understand where you’re coming from and I respect your position. In a perfect & equitable world I agree with your stance. Unfortunately, if I was on the other end…Lets say born in Honduras, had no education, no future job prospects….I wouldn’t think twice about doing what I felt could give my family a better standard of living. Including the opportunity of upward mobility for my offspring. I’ve been very blessed and I’m fortunate to have the upbringing that my parents afforded me…but if I was “unlucky” and born into a different situation I would undoubtedly do what I needed to do to prosper. The world is not fair/equitable (especially when it pertains to what you’re born into) so its tough for me to expect those that have a bad starting point to play by the rules; particularly when the rules are stacked against them. I don’t have any problem with illegals but I expect them to be held accountable for their actions.

Somehow this thread went from a car accident to about some random troll? Geez.

Anyways man, hope your gf is OK. Make sure she gets checked out by a chiropractor and go often. The more visits she makes, the stronger the case you guys will have if you have to go after your own insurance. I'm assuming you have full coverage and uninsured motorist.

About 11 years ago, I was involved in a hit and run. Was t-boned from a driver running a red light. He had no insurance and him including his other amigos were illegals. Yes they were Mexican because fortunately, a cop was 2 cars away and chased the shyt out of them. I got to see who they were and even got the name of the driver. The nice officer kindly asked me, " Do you have full coverage? " I responded yes and he told me good because I'm not getting anything from these clowns that were illegal, drunk, and breaking the law.

Stern, I also applaud you for not making a situation worse than it has to be. I'm sure your lady was rattled, your job is to be there for her first. If LE suggested you not to follow them, that is good solid advice. You could be a 260lbs "swoled" super hero wannabe, ufc cage fighter and a small 9mm bullet will still put you to sleep...for good.

I really do not understand the OPs correlation between bars being held responsible for drunk patrons driving and businesses being held responsible for illegal employees actions off company time.

What next? Sue Apple or ATT because the illegal was using his iPhone while driving? Sue McDonalds because he left a bag inside the car?? Quit trying to be sue happy.
