Curse. Life is as much about pain as it is pleasure. It's going to catch up to her sometime. Maybe steps on a rusty nail and doesn't realize it, or cuts herself and doesn't notice till it's too late. Now, as far as curses go, I'll take it over most others!
You can still feel things like pressure and someone touching you. You just don't feel pain. So if you step on a nail you feel it just not the pain associated with it.

If you don't feel pain, you will have no idea if you are hitting or squeezing something too hard. This sounds cool but you will slowly be breaking all the bones and tissue in your limbs and eventually all the muscle and bone tissue will die from the abuse and you will be left with stubs for feet and arms. That is why lepers lose their fingers and toes.
