Fine. Maybe she heard something from him. Maybe he told you he didn't have insurance. If this was the case, why did you let him go? Such good boyfriend you are, Mr. Stern.

    Yeah, NO. Sorry.

I’ll tell you one thing…if a judge ruled that Zoey’s does have liability and is negligent that would basically put a halt to undocumented workers being hired.

Didn't you know? Swoly is an advocate for a Non-Profit Organization called Hispanics Against Tired Stereotypes or HATS for short. I'm sure if you ask him nicely; he will give you a brochure with more information.

    :p

Do you have to actually ACCOST anyone until the police arrive? No. You could have followed him. You could have seen where he went. I think you're liable, since you let an illegal go. You're an accomplice now. I believe your girlfriend should sue you for letting the one in violation leave the scene. You're aiding and abetting a fugitive of the law.

Either this, or you're making up the stories.

    BOOM. The tables have turned.

So it's not okay to assume anything....but you're agreeing with bobrek in assuming that something else must have been going on for him to leave the scene? Oooooookay.......

Serious question. I thought bars can be found liable for drunk drivers.

Damn man, you're an idiot. But this is no surprise to anyone on this board since your name is already synonymous with trolling by ignorance.

    No. ^ http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/4784337/
Nope. bobrek rightfully brought up a good argument and a probable cause for it to be another person's fault. This is right on Stern's way of thinking. If he's saying Zoey's at fault for "harboring illegals", he might as well be, too, for letting the dude go. Would anyone else here have let him go? I don't think so.

Sure. Ignore me. Let's see if that gets that car fixed and the illegals thrown out of the country and Zoey's out of buisness.

    You listen to bobmarley.

Good story, though. You let the illegal go!
LOL! 911?!? Why? What's the emergency? Anyone dying?

Oh, he was MEXICAN. OK. Because everyone who looks Asian is Chinese? Also, everyone who looks black is from Fifth Ward? Nice!

Also, I doubt Zoey will get punished for the accident. At most, they will get a fine for hiring an illegal.
