Any idea about how many of each item Amazon will offer? Cause if it is something like 10 or less I will definitely be SOL
NO idea. Might as well be 10 or so though, considering how many people are going to be refreshing their browsers to purchase them.
Fwiw, went to the Best Buy in Pearland, they have 9 Toshiba 42in doorbuster in stock. You can check at the stores, you can see them stocked on top of their displays.
so that means stand in line for 12 hours. Wonder since the Texans are playing on Thanksgiving, if that going to affect when people still lining up. Even if thats the case, ballgame starts at 11am, be done around 2, pretty sure people will still line up at 2pm
Has Amazon improved their lightning deals? I remember years ago they had an Xbox 360 for $99. I was on there until the deal went live and started refreshing as quickly as possible, but then the entire website went down. Horrible experience.
Most of their lighting deals are on smaller products, like Video Games/DVDs/BluRays where they match prices with the Best Buy/Walmart/Target. Haven't notice any big deals with bigger products. I remember that 360 offer, it was on Thanksgiving day back in '06? Not sure why I even tried for it.
does anyone recall REI having a black friday sell. im looking for a mountain bike. the only thing i have seen is a "doorbuster" for sports authority. i would prefer getting a cannondale or something if possible. maybe bike shops here in austin do some type of black friday deals. hmmm
It looks like Walmart will be short staffed at some stores. Union workers organizing a walk out. Corporate says there will be plenty of staff on Black Friday. In October, a strike at a Walmart in Los Angeles spread to stores in 12 other cities, with local and national leaders holding protests at more than 200 stores for better pay, fairer schedules and more affordable health care. Since that time, workers have since walked off the job in Dallas and Richmond, Calif., and other upcoming strikes and protests are expected at stores in Chicago, Miami, Milwaukee and Washington, D.C.
BF TV speadsheet... https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...true&sortcolid=2&sortasc=true&rowsperpage=250 Also there is word that Sears will let Shop Your Way Rewards members in after 6pm Sunday (tomorrow) for door buster deals.
Are there any good netbook deals out there? I need one with an HDMI port and prefer a quality name-brand since I've owned a Dell and Lenovo and the batteries ended up crapping out after a year.
That deal at Navy Exchange looks good. But you have the model wrong. The correct one is KDL55EX640. $800 for 55" LED 1080p 120Hz Sony. That sounds pretty good. Just one question: What the f*** is Navy Exchange?
Wish I could take credit for that speadsheet...and correct it. I thought is was a good way to see all the deals and compare. I am not sure what/where that store is.
The Navy Exchange is a department store located on Navy bases. Unless you can get on a navy base then that one is probably not available to you.
