everyone seems to be gelling except for lin...what da hell is wrong with him. Is he hurt? or are we expecting too much from a "marginal" pg?

Do you all remember when we thought the bench was the worst part of this team?

I like how Morris shut his critics up.

Marcus Morris is our future SF. With him and Parsons, our 3 position looks bright. Dude has impressive lateral speed, great rebounding instincts, and just plays extremely hard. We already know what he can do on the offensive end. This is great news.

Royce White should look at Marcus's Morris as an example of what the D-League can do for a player, he has gone from bust to boom in the space of one season.

I am really impressed with the way Morris is playing of late.

We were suppose to get a Lin that drives, penetrates, kicks and commands the floor. Instead we get a PG who gives it to Hardin to run the Point and just camps on the corner...WTH. What could possibly be the rationale for this.

If he fights his way into the starting lineup, the only person I see him replacing is Parsons. Not sure about starting him at PF, he has the skills to be a good SF with his range. It would be harder for him to face starting PFs around the league.

When they show the fans, I only see Asian people...Is there some reason why other people dont like to go to Rockets games?

I'm not going to sit here and say Lin is doing a great job but in all honestly the offense we are running is not really one setup for him to succeed at the moment. He is just bringing the ball up and deferring to others and getting the ball around. No real Pick and roll threat which he was really good at in NY.

I think if we were running more pick and rolls we would see a different Lin that will have space to attack the basket.

Unfortunately Sampson wants Lin to play as a spot-up shooter.... so... not sure what you expect?

I'm starting to think Lin aggravated the surgically-repaired knee...... His lateral movement has been MIA the past three games. His defense has left him, and his shooting has regressed.
