newb question here. The Black Friday deals are usually for in-store customers, right, not online purchasing?

 

They have moved towards both. SamsClub ad specifically mentions deals available online. Best Buy ran quite a bit online last year. Online retailers also have deals.

 

OK. thx. The Toshiba HDTV deal I want from Best Buy seems to be only a "Door Buster" deal.

Last year they listed on their website deals that would be available online, but no specific time, just the day. I was refreshing the page for hours. They offered a twitter/facebook/text update when the deal went online, but that came like 15 minutes late.

 

Any deals on a Escort Passport 9500ix or Valentine 1 radar/laser detector?

How good are they?

Between Amazon, and pending what Newegg and Fry's show, I think there will be some nice deals online for TVs.

 

I've never heard of Hisense before, for some reason doesn't sound too promising.

 

I got this tv from Costco a few monthly ago. I returned it within a week. The picture quality on HD stuff was not very good and on SD it was really bad. I didn't think it was worth it even with a low price!

I WANT that 60" VIZIO HD TV. When is the earliest this will this be available and how fast do you think it will sell out?

 

There's no timetable on Amazon Lightning deals. It'll sell out pretty fast like most Lightning deal TV's on Amazon.
