    fair enough. I did compare the Syosset super's rate to the NYC super. One would imagine that the NYC super has a lot more on their plate

    Sure, definitely...but Syosset's median HH income is twice that of NYC's.

    yeah but I'm sure Manhattan median HH income is close to Syosset's or surpasses it.

    It's not even close actually, Syosset is like 80 or 90. New York county is like 40 or 50 k - there's a lot more people crammed into the poor areas than on 5th Avenue

    you're right, it is double. I still can't wrap my head around a guy running a system a hundred times bigger getting paid less than half.
