The Rockets played Jazz in the play-offs in 2007 and 2008. Our friend from Australia says he's only 19 now, so he would've been 14 or 15 back then. No biggie.
after reading the OP's post <a href="http://s293.beta.photobucket.com/user/lcahmed/library/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm61/lcahmed/fatjewwooooo.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket"/></a>
New NBA rules in 2012/13: Flops will be fined after post-game video reviews, and two air-balls in a game will lead to automatic voiding of contract and player must leave the NBA and play as amateur in rec league to be dominated by philchips. Do you know how ridiculous you sound? You probably think if you got a couple of 10-day contracts, you may create some philsanity too, right? Also, Johnny Flynn, no airballs, must be better! Eye-test says so.
Your what we call an apologist, no matter what happens, no matter what is said, you will not criticize your hero. You'll just makes excuses or ignore. I can tell you don't play basketball otherwise you'd understand how bad airballs are. You know who shoots airballs 5'7 145pd guys like you that show up on the court and are overwhelmed. god, if it was up to guys like you they would get away with all kinds of stupid ****, starting t.douglas, playing morris at center and why not when youdon't have a spine to complain.
Danny Green shot an airball yesterday for the Spurs and he is one of the best shooters on that team. This overreaction to one shot is so ridiculous it's laughable.
I didn't watch the game, but even if he did, he totally redeemed himself by making the eventual game winning shot. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-uefimvNaM4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
That game winning shot by Green was so good. Pop said how he hates hero ball that it is so boring. He didn't just dump the ball to Parker or Manu he ran a play to get a guy open. That is why I hate this Harden hero ball nonsense that we have been doing lately. I absolutely hate hero ball. I would rather have Parsons take a wide open 3 than have Harden shoot a contested 3 while being defended by LBJ.
We lost because of his nerves and this was not at the highest stage. I guess I can look forward to choking at the highest level if it ever comes. No wonder the rockets were so in the middle for so many years with these kinds of fans. You have the 4th largest city yet your sports radio doesn't even talk about the rockets, you can't attract FA, smaller cities and markets are more passionate and knowledgeable. The rockets.could be the orlando magic and you wouldn't be critical.
This is the loser mentality right here, defend lin's airball with greens airball but don't mention the game winning shot by green. Just bring up the excuse and ignore what he did to win the game.
philchips posts ... - If you hadn't noticed, it's weird to be that religious at his age! It's weird not to have a women at his age. I don't believe it's helping him with all the stress he's under. You can clearly see the stress in his play and off court. - Or maybe he can continue going to church at the age of 23, hanging out with male only friends, having no way to release his tension or stress. He never even had a drink before. If you think that's normal behavior for a kid at his age in this country you must live in Utah! - He airballed 2-3 shots in the game. The last one killed us. This religious freak better cope with his stress in a better way. You can tell he's tight and nervous and has no confidence! My suggestion, go have a few beers(more than a few) or a glass of wine and go get LAID! You know some drinks and a good women will help you cope with the day to day stresses. This pent up virgin bit, have you even talked to a women like that. Go out with harden to a strip club. Either way I'm tired of this nervous, tight game play. F'n air ball! ------ He sure knows a lot about ... basketball
The reality is, for all your supposed basketball playing prowess, your loud chest thumping, and your assumptions about people's height, weight, hero, beliefs, and you yelling at the top of your voice ... you just don't come across as very knowledgeable about basketball. Just someone who's very loud, probably >6' tall maybe 200lbs, and just someone that's very loud, presumptious and not very knowledgeable about basketball.
I would say 38pts on Lakers at Madison Square Garden is a bigger stage. Or Toronto buzzer winner during Linsanity with all eyes on you is a bigger stage. Bigger stage than your rec club never shoot an airball even in your face stage.
I would say comparing your rec club never airball even with hand in face to an NBA player is a loser mentality.
Your Signature Jocar. When did Asik say this and about which player/which game? Just interesting tidbid I did not know. Thanks!
