I was thinking it. You said it. Thought it might have been a bit harsh. But that's my tendency in reading this situation.

He's a slick/sly MFer. using twitter to create vocal support for himself to create leverage in negotiating w/ the Rockets since he is silently threatening bad PR (he scared a bit during the preseason w/ his tweets). and before that, as you said, downplaying the flying issue/anxiety issues. and the grantland video for creating support as well. this is just the cynic in me talking though.

Just saw that too. If you can't even make an effort to take what the organization gives you, then you really have no room to complain. I understand it's an illness but an illness he has publicly said he is trying to alleviate it. Clearly this update shows the opposite.

Anxiety disorders are rarely ever the "only" issue. They're often, what's called, "Co-morbid" with other issues. Not knowing his specific situation....I'm still banking on the likelihood that he just has typical entitlement issues and deflecting his issues onto what other people are doing/not doing. That issue isn't a "disorder". It's just underdeveloped adult skills.

 

Wonder if we could trade him to Atlanta in exchange for a return of our draft pick from the Twill deal?
