Just cause you can't tell if someone is from Japan or Southeast Asia doesn't mean other people can't.

And no it's not ok if you just call anyone who speaks Spanish Mexican. That said I do think it's funny when Mexicans get offended if you think they are from Guatemala or Panama or some other Central American country like they are below them lol. ;)

Not to move this to D&D but why am I not offended by being called a cracker? I actually laugh a little inside. Just an odd observation.

Easy, did white folks get chained up and used as slaves while being called a cracker? Did they get rounded up and persecuted because they were supposedly taking away railroad jobs while being called a cracker? Names like nigg*r, chink, wetback, etc. have an oppressive history behind it. Being called a cracker is just that, being called a cracker.

Happened to me all the time. Pretty much always came from black people. All races are racist imo. I prefer the racism from black people because it's more out in the open. The subtle pu$$y racism that other races dish out is more annoying.

Honestly Asians as a whole tend to be just as racist, if not more so than everyone else.

When is the last time you saw an Asian girl with a black d00d?

I can't help but laugh myself when i see nothing but Asians everywhere now. They disappeared after Yao left and as soon as Lin comes, there are Asian reporters everywhere asking only about Lin(you can't tell me you didn't crack up when the Asian reporter asked why lin doesn't get the ball more and McHale was like uhhh he's a pg bruh...he always has the ball lol)... Asian fans everywhere wearing only Lin jerseys.

To me it just angers me that they aren't Rockets fans. Those Asian fans will argue with you that you are a racist and are against him b/c he's Asian yet those same Asian fans are Lin only fans b/c of his race and root for him to beat and be better than all the other races. Their anger towards any criticism is race related and feel it's an attack on Asians everywhere.

When i see those Asians on the jumbo tron, i think back to when Linsanity was in full force and this Asian group was interviewed and they said they had never watched basketball in their lives, but were there to watch Jeremy Lin.

Black people have favorite white players, white people have majority favorite black players, Hispanics don't give a damn about Gustavo Ayon or Najera, or Ginobili or even Horacio freaking llamas....

It's only Asians who root for themselves only BECAUSE OF RACE.

Why does this anger you? More black people play golf after Tiger? More examples: Tennis with Serena Williams? Rap music with Eminem? Anytime there is someone achieving success in an area not traditionally successful for their race/ethnicity is obviously going to garner attention and interest.

I think most Asian basketball fans do root for someone of a different race. Afterall, it's not like we have too many choices eh? It still doesn't give anyone any right to be racist.

"Black people have favorite white players" ... I find this statement to be funny ;)

But those are actual fans of the sport and other players/rappers/ etc. You can't tell me a black person would actually sit there and watch Tiger or Serena without being big fans of the sport. The white people i know who love Eminem, listen to black rappers more. Also those are individual professions...basketball is a team sport. You root for the team AND your favorite player(but always team first) not just the player b/c hes your own race.

Boxing is the biggest one with race-but again it's individuals.

    Kobe? Lebron?

Asian Americans are what i should have said. China loves black players. Asian Americans love Jeremey Lin and Yao Ming and Sun Ming Ming and Yi Jianlian and Sun Yue etc etc etc..

My best friend is asian- he admits everyone he knows just roots for the asians b/c they are their own race. Few days ago he asked me to make him a roster of all asians in 2k13 so he could create himself and lead the asian Rockets to become the new dynasty haha...his J-lin was rated 93..
