Remember that shooting coach who worked w/ Lin this summer? That guy... is a fraud.

I think Rocket fans here are mad that a huge group of new fans come in and tell them that this guy is the greatest thing in the world and that he'll change us like Michael Jackson Thriller, but he's not living up to expectations.

now they are moonwalking backwards and telling us that billie jean is not their lover. His fans think he's PYT, but tonight he was Bad.

I dont think teams were willing to go above the MLE other than us because we were desperate for a PG and the knicks because they're the knicks.

I think it's more of a mental issue rather than physical. Outside of Novak, that Knicks team without Amare and Melo didn't have any shooter. He was the guy had the ball in his hands. You are right that he wasn't scouted for, but opponents did guard him, simply because they didn't have anyone else to guard.

He was so confident and even cocky at some point. Right now, he was so timid, and treated the ball like a hot potato, as starting PG.

I like to keep from knee jerking but what's been bothering me about Lin is his his lack of aggressiveness. Idk if he is playing like that BC of coaching but you dont pay 8 million for a guy to dribble the ball for a few seconds and hand it to harden. Lin needs to drive and be aaggressive. He needs to lead, lowry couldn't shoot a lick when he first started with us but he bulldozed his way Into the paying and got assists or got fouled. Lin is not getting it done.

He's not shooting well from the field. Otherwise, he is playing solidly and at times outstanding (even his FT's are up this year).

We played a great game. It was a tough loss, but there's a lot to be hopeful about. This is a young, inexperienced team that needs to develop chemistry. I think 2 1/2 more months of playing together will do wonders for them. Put Feb 6th on your calendar.

They're good PG's. They're starting PG's. I think thats what people are getting at. Jeremy Lin is a backup PG who was closer to being out of the league early last year than a 24 mil dollar starting PG

One other thing is that Lin doesn't even seem to understand himself that he is not playing well. He is quite happy to put in 10 points and 6 assists every game it seems. He has to understand that when you are making $8 million per year you have to perform at a higher level and the team will need him to perform at a higher level since it has so much cap space tied up in him.

This is nonsense. A player is only as good as there coach & right now Lin is not being used properly. Collison is playing well now in Dallas why because he is being used right. Lin isn't being used properly & until they put the ball in his hands & let him make plays and stop using him as a spot up shooter which everybody knows he isn't, this is incorrect. He shouldn't be at the baseline for the corner 3 he needs to be at the top of the key attacking with the ball in his hands he needs more space to operate he has absolutely none at the baseline.

I'll put this nicely: you're ignorant. And I mean this in the very definition of the word. You don't know what you're talking about. Don't make me angry, please.

If Jeremy Lin is a joke, then the solution is to trade him to a team that will not use him as a spot up 3 shooter and actually allow him to run the offense. I say send him to D'antoni in LA. Jeremy can back up Nash.

He is an average pg that is developing into what should be a good/very good pg. That air ball was atrocious. BUT, He hasn't even played a full season yet. I know $$=expectations. But lets try and temper those a little. And yea LOF's probably make the situation worse.
