Jeremy Lin should be the man, but the coaching staff obviously thinks Harden should be the man.

Down by 1 w/ Wade going to the line....he missed one and you don't put Osik in the lineup just to rebound the ball?? Coach Sampson just lost the game right there. A smart coach would sub in Osik because the guys they have out there are shorter than Bosh.

I do think nerves got them. Nerves and the expectations that they are the go-to guys on this team when they're just learning how to be solid starters. Let them taste the agony of being so close as well as the fulfillment of seeing a team come together.

This team and this town will continue to embrace Lin and Harden, and they'll be coached up to their potential. Let's be patient

this happens time and time again. For the past 3 - 4 years now, we played games like this. Underdog, made the game interesting, get the lead at some point but the other team always has a superstar that carries their team to the finish line. We don't have that yet. Harden is trying too hard.

Harden is the best player on the team, but you can be the man without dominating the ball for 19 seconds every play.

I totally agree, Harden intention is to be the hero at the end but end up a failured. Why did he ignore the rest of the team like that? WTF, isn't this a team game? Pissed me off Mr.$80M. We could have easily take this game but no Mr.Harden want to be the hero.

That's our GREATEST weakness and I'm SHOCKED the coaching staff doesn't see it. Harden CAN create and he CAN make the right decisions, but now they're just giving him the ball and saying "YO BEARD MAN JUST SAVE US!" It doesn't work that way. You're not using him to his strengths. Harden needs spacing and he needs time to get a head of steam so he can euro step his way to a three-point play or whatever.

Lin HAS to be primary ball-handler NO MATTER WHAT AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY CASES WHERE HARDEN HAS THE BALL MAKING DECISIONS EARLY IN THE SHOT CLOCK UNTIL LATER IN THE SEASON. THE COACHING STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF EFFING r****dS IF THEY DONT FREAKING KNOW THAT.

I have so much hope for this team and they showed so much spunk tonight. Coaching killed us and will keep killing us if this goes on.

I am utterly disgusted by Jlin. Call me bipolar but I have been one of his biggest supporters.

His game today was completely pathetic. Passive, tentative, scared .. he was everything that people have been saying he is and in turn proving Steven A right.

It's one thing if this was an aberration but this whole year has been one for him. I have been waiting for him to break out of his shell - he is yet to have a complete game. I can't believe he has become a completely different player. Perhaps the pressure is getting to him?

Let's see how he responds the next game. If he plays as passively as he has done today .. then I think I will just believe he is just not that good.

    Harden isnt overrated.

this offensive strategy from the coaches making him play ISO is insane.

    Stoping the ball moving.

This lost is completely coach fault.

Harden playing ISO is the big mistake from the coach staff...

nope, it was either for parsons or delfino.

parsons couldn't get rid of his man, delfino's man was holding him during the screen.

Exactly - Harden has game. He has the skills, the athleticism, the brain. He's going to make big plays and create down the stretch. He's not the guy who needs to be scrutinized, considering iso'ing was the result of a coach not calling any plays. It was a combo of poor decisions and his shot not falling, but that happens during adjustment periods.

    There will be adjustments.

Really not a loss to be angry or sad over. This is a nice, young core that needs a new PG, a max summer signing, and they'll be good to compete.

    Excellent game regardless of loss

Of course to much ISO and lins airball cost us the game ,BUT there was alot of excellent team defense and ball movement on the court. Youngest team in league taking the champs down to the final minutes was nice to see regardless of outcome. Morris hustle and patterson in the paint were nice to see also. Morris has earned more PT

    Next up the Hornets!!!!
