I agree, other than Lin's shooting he played a solid game. The team defence is really the story of the night here. We played great D.
At least we played hard and didn't get blown out. Harden hero ball and the Lin airball were horrible, but what really cost us the game was the Bosh call imo.
The overshadowed highlight of this game, as well as the ones in the past, is that we're getting our money's worth out of Asik. His contract is the one I like the most thus far
I'm still waiting for a game where Harden shoots above 50%. 6-17 shooting ... smh. A crap load of ill-advised shots. Hero ball at its finest
Harden needs another quality player to play with....Lin is not it. Everyone on the team are good role players or one-dimensional players. Lin is showing the nba how overpaid he is.
Too much iso plays for Harden during those last minutes in the 4th cost us. Lin airballing that wide open three. No Asik during Wade's and Bosh's freethrows. Even though prior to the game, I knew we would lose, but after seeing how we did, this was a winnable game which saddens me. But great game nonetheless. If we play like this night in and night out, we'll be fine.
this is where our offense becomes to predictable....everyone knows who's getting the last shot....damn stupid offense...mcfail and sampson need to go.....harden needs to stop with that hero ball ****
On the bright side, I feel MUCH better about our bench after this game. (Although half of them will probably be gone by next season anyways).
i'm still trying to understand why he brought the starters back in when the bench played better and parsons was red hot.... the depth perception comments make sense because lin is shooting terribly especially at home but is scoring more in away games.
Way to compete guys! Fought hard and barely lost despite monster games by Lebron and Bosh. Keep working hard!
