Don't you know? For 8mil, he should be better than Steve Nash in his prime. Lin isn't playing spectacularly well, but he seems to be growing more confident as the game goes on. He has 5 pts and 3 ast to build upon. I hope he handles the battle more because he's very inefficient as a 3-pt bomber.
Basket at the end was good apparently. Should've been a backcourt to begin with. Gotta love the Miami treatment.
Eh? Everyone has played with heart especially James and Omer. The only player people have a problem with is Lin, who's playing like a little b**ch. He somewhat picked it up in the 2nd quarter though.
Lin's playing pure crap tonight, true, but he has hustled hard and contributed in all the previous games and people still hate on him. The fact remains that theHeat put a ton of pressure on guards, not just Lin. That does not explain the camping out at the 3 point line and all the deferring tho. I am absolutely floored at how close the Rockets have kept it. For a young team still trying to find their chemistry, I love their grit.
Dude, I don't think it's asking him to be playing like a superstar if people are saying he wants to be the 5th option on the team. Like, damn, are you even watching the game? Why don't you shut up.
I'm satisfied with Sampson and Harden in that first half; positive thing by both. Our offense doesn't look awful; there is a flow to it. Harden has more moves than the Eurostep I'm thankful to report.
This looked over the first 5 minutes of the game. As of now, we look like the better team. And James Harden is playing like a superstar. :feelsgoodman:
Lin is passing well and playing excellent defense...his offensive role has been limited because of poor coaching, it's really a shame at this point.
Why complain Lin's performance? It's obvious Lin is not used as PG this game, but as SG. He barely touches the ball let alone initiate the offense.
Some of these trolls are either Slovenian/FOB Asians/ or NY Knick trolls.. You guys aren't real Houston Sports fan, get your ass out of here...
lin's mentality has changed. he needs to get back to the mind frame that he's fighting for his basketball life. that's how linsanity happened and he said it himself before the deron jersey game. he said i dont care what happens im gonna play my game and the way i want to play it. he has totally abandoned that mindset ever since signing that contract. he's worried about missing shots instead of wanting to take shots. its not even about taking shots but being aggressive and creating opportunities for others. he has a totally different mindset now and add the fact that he his suffering from a serious lack of confidence and you get this version of Lin. a d leaguer.
Lin scores a lot- Lin-only Haters: He turns the ball over too much, he's a ballhog, he doesn't share the ball, he's not a true point guard, he's selfish, he lacks court vision, blah blah blah Lin passes a lot- Lin-only Haters: He's too passive, what is he doing, what a scrub, he's not aggressive enough, he is the worst shooting point guard in the NBA, etc.
In order for them to call a back court, 3 points have to be across the court. Both feet, and the ball. The ball never crossed half court. Excellent no-call by the official. And no, I'm not a LBJOF.
