Should Wade replace Kubiak next year?

    It comes down to Wade vs. Kubiak, who's more replaceable? You send Kubes and Shwab to Arizona and get a QB with a high ceiling and a decent offensive coordinator, and you become an actual threat. Kubes is too predictable and safe, maybe it's good for your grandma's blood pressure levels, but come playoffs, it's gonna suffer.

    Book it.

    Let me clarify by saying NO to Wade as HC. Great DC but not a very good HC. If he really wants to be a HC somewhere, let him go. Don't fire Kubes and replace him with Wade.
