Getting a cell phone in prison is not unheard of. But if we're going to nitpick.. What I've always wondered is, why doesn't anyone in Miami have an alarm system installed at their place of residence? Forensics intern (who has a pretty nice apartment for being an intern) has no alarm system. Prestigious true-crime story writer, no alarm. For once, I'd like to see Dex pick a lock and as soon as he opens the door, alarms start blaring and he has to turn around and just leave. That would be pretty funny.
I actually think this season is pretty weak. Last season's finale had you thinking this season would be crazy, but its pretty calm. Debra knowing the truth is just annoying, the psycho intern got killed randomly, the new cop got killed in the first episode, and there isn't an intriguing villain. Seems like they were gonna take the show in a certain direction, and then changed their minds. Now it's just stagnating.
You're in the vast minority of that opinion. Many, many, people are really loving this season and it's getting rave reviews. But everybody's entitled to their opinion. Just saying.
I agree with not knowing who the real villian is. It is all over the place now and having deb know sort of makes the whole dark side of Dex not as special anymore.

Does it make me a bad person that I really like Hannah's character? Dexter has somewhat justification for what he does so you can kinda sympathize but she just doesn't give a s*** when she kills.
GAHHHHHH the latest episode has me in suspense for the next one blahdsfhjaksdhfjkha... Can't believe Deb actually said what she said to Dexter at the end. I'm actually really enjoying this season of Dexter so far compared to the past couple seasons. I'm a huge Yvonne Strzechowski fan (Hannah McKay) so I'm glad she's been apart of Dexter this season.

I knew something like this was going to happen. Debra wants Hannah dead to the point she is willing to let Dexter kill him. Its obvious that both of them won't be alive by the end of this season, one of them will die, and I'm pretty sure its going to be Hannah. Yvonne did a great job acting the part, better than Jennifer Carpenter has done the entire show. Also, with the cops tailing the Kashka dude, how did no suspicions fly when he had lunch with Dexter??
it will be deb vs hannah... there will be a long drawn out indecision by dexter but deb will win out and dexter/deb will end up together.
