I don't really know how we're going to score in this game. we have no post presence. Asik and Patterson are not going to score even against Bosh and Battier. Harden will be shut down completely by LeBron. Lin will not be able to penetrate. We're basically gonna be throwing up contested 3s coming from Delfino, Parsons and Harden.

As long as we don't get blown out worse than the Nets I am cool. I believe the Nets lost by like 30 points or something. Honestly, I just want to see improved offense & continued defensive effort from last nights game.

Unless they run and gun and are on top of transition Defense/Offense - they are in trouble. They got too many weapons if you go to a slugfest. Utilizing our youth and ability to create on the fly ~ guys have to just play basketball once the game starts.

Here is to hoping that Lin doesn't play scared or intimidated.

I think run/gun is out the window. That philosophy went out as soon as Harden got here. Instead, this team is gonna just to survive on badly executed half-court offense from the looks of the last 6 games. To their detriment.

Why didn't you post that in the Miami vs Rockets game thread? Why new thread?

I hope we don't see much of Ppatt if he don't hustle in rebounds. He's been pretty sad in that department in last few games.

Chances of everybody finding it in the game thread are slim.

The only heavy dose of Patterson that I want to see is on someone else's team.

Asik may do good on d because Lebron sometimes has problems with good defensive centers. Patterson doesn't have a post up games so that counts him out. Parsons actually played Lebron really well last year, you can't look at just the numbers because Parsons wasn't always guarding him.
All of that said, who can stop Lebron? I think the Rockets are in for a long night but I'm always hoping for a win.

Sometimes this comment is called for but not that much. I think some people would like to have just one giant thread.

Love the thread. Except you probably meant Parsons > Lebron.

    FIFY

Honestly we have 0 advantage against the Heat in our starting rotation unless Wade is injured. Asik well get burned by Bosh when he starts shooting midrange shots. Miami will not post up in the paint unless its LeBron on Parsons or Wade on Harden.

Can't keep up with them in terms of chemistry or offensive options. Pretty sure they can stop our top 3 offensive options while we can only hope to contain Wade and Bosh. If LBJ is on he's on. He effects every part of the game, even as just one player.
