Lin rebound rate for season 5.5.

Harden rebound rate for season 5.2.

Patterson rebound rate for season 5.4. Ladies and gentleman, our starting power forward. There is NO excuse to not letting TJones at least try now.

Mchale is a fu**ing clown.

 

I know the sky is falling for some but I want you guys to realize just how terrible the Rockets have played in pretty much every game this season. We were in every game even though Mchale can't coach and the Rockets have played like jack asses.

 

4-18 for harden not gonna win many games with that stat

 

Conflicting feelings... lose,lotto?.. win,attract? .. lose,lotto?.. win,trade??

 

Did you not watch the 4th quarter spurt?????

 

Hopefully they will be tired playing the night before in Memphis.

 

LOL @ the people who are complaining that Harden was running point. Who else would you rather have? Douglas? You want Lin to play 48 min? smh

 

he didn't have to handle the ball as much because he got some breakaway steals.

You guys are giving Lin props for the last 3-4 minutes but he and Harden are one of the reasons we were even in that big of a hole to begin with. They need to play all 4 quarters. Playing half a quarter does not a good player make.

 

Come on, most people predicted a loss, and we kept it close for the most part. Give our youngsters some love and encouragement.

Yes, I did see all the bads, but I want to remain positive because I don't want to find another team to watch

 

What will the Rockets given up in getting Gasol?

I know he is a PG, that;s why he should be a main ballhandler, if not, just trade LIN then , and let harden iso all the time, simple,

i cannot blame lin for sure, it's either on harden or MChale after first 2 game

They have good players in front of them and are on good teams.... no need to play the rookies right now. The Rockets have lost 3 straight and our players look awful, some experimenting needs to be done.

 

If you watched the post game with Mchale during the last game he basically repeated himself over and over again for 5 minutes.

 

Here are the problems as I see them:

1) Mchale's coaching. Having Lin camp in the corner and overusing Harden. Harden is coming up against strong defences and struggling. He is a good scorer but the looks he is getting right now aren't great because there isn't enough ball movement as he is expected to ISO and hero ball far too much. Lin showed us at the end what he is capable of, he just needs the coach to put more faith in him. His rotations are questionable too but at least TD is out.

2) Asik is great on defense but his liability on offense is hurting the rocket's BIG TIME. Because other teams don't need to worry about him. If that was Chandler or another big in there that would help a lot in keeping the opposing defense honest.

3) Lin had 5 rebounds, same as Parsons and one more than Patterson, that is worrying. When your PG is out rebounding your front court, that is a BAD sign.

4) Lack of team chemistry. This shows with poor ball movement on offence and poor rotations on help D.

5) I don't know if it's Asik, but we aren't setting enough high quality screens for the pick and roll.

There's other stuff but I think these are the main problems right now.

 

Our rebounding from our power forward position is just not good. Don't know why McHale isn't playing Greg Smith. At least he would have helped with the rebounding.

 

I think one of the biggest problems is patterson. He's our pf and doesn't provide much as a rebounding or scoring threat. He's nearly getting out rebounded by Lin and Harden.

Terrence Jones needs to play, he earned his shot from his preseason play. McHale needs to pull his head out.
