Nope, especially in the playoffs when adjustments are key, McHale will just sit back and tell the coach to pick and roll, pick and roll damnit
Lakers did the right thing rectifying their horrible hire. It will be a good day when the Rockets do the same.
Also, I don't see this being that effect being posted as a thread on ClutchFans. Can someone make an official petition site or something (kinda like that Houston4Bosh website) and get it in the organization's face?
Well here's to hoping they do. Rockets have a good track record of flipping there mistakes quickly towards players. I don't know about coaches though, all seem to have a long tenure here.
Doesn't play the rookies. Takes bench players out even when they're doing really well. Tires out starters. Poor ass offense. He needs to go.
Hypothetically speaking, if McHale was fired or wasn't extended by the organization, i think Stan Van Gundy would be a great hire for the team based on his record and success. That said i really don't know much about SVG. I never really watched Heat/Magic games. For SVG fans, what's his coaching style btw? Is it a great fit for Harden and Lin?
I mean the guy can't even get the minutes sorted out with his players let alone choose who should be playing. The other day I thought Parsons was moving like Ron Artest out there. Come to think of it, Harden looked like he was 40 out there and Lin was a rubber band. These guys look flat out gassed with McHell's rotation.
The Lakers did the right thing. We need to do the right thing too. McHale is not the right guy for our team. #FIREMCHALE
McHale isn't going anywhere guys. The team is 2-2 and just added some new pieces, completely revamped roster from last year. All McHale has to do is keep us around .500 and his job will be secure, at least for this season.
too early to call for McHale's head. no reasonable person would call for McHale's firing at least until after we've had a chance to see how this season goes.
There won't be a Van Gundy around here anytime soon as long as there's a chance to pickup Dwight this summer.
