It's been that way since the Yao/TMac era, it seems. TC needs a makeover.

I hope McHale learns to play TJ and Moti.

Part of the problem is that the rich season ticket holders who own seats in the lower basin are too rich to care to go to the games. That's my impression. Need some real fans in those seats to have a homecourt presence.

Just watched the game and that was some terrible basketball by everybody!
    - Lin did good on defense but still too much dribbling which is also on his teammates and the coaches!
    - Harden took himself out of the game, don't give me that bs that Iggy shut him down. He looked like Martin out there, trying to get the call when he clearly doesn't have a shot at the ball going in. Very bad off the ball, didn't help Lin at all. Don't get me started on his fast breaks, he just doesn't do it and when he does, he goes 1 on 3 when he has team mates with him late in the 4th.
    - Parsons offense is horrible, his fakes are slow, his passing was off and didn't do very much off the ball.
    - Patterson was okay but boxing out is not his mo
    - Asik, ugh, can you please catch a ball and when you have it, go up strong and don't just pass it off or throw it up there. You are 7 feet tall!!

    Bench:
    - Douglas, douglas, douglas..
    - Delfino did okay actually
    - Cole was fine
    - Morris was hmm..

Overall this was a bad game, defensive rotations were bad, no double teams on guys that were hot, no ball movement on offense, no body movement, no game plan.

Need a lineup shake-up. I'd say we need a physical PF who is scary around the rim to be out there - a target to throw lobs to that Asik isn't.

I'd move Smith to the PF spot when he's back, move PatPat to the SF, move Parsons to the bench.

They are truly pathetic. Must be some corporate seats too. Management shouldnt give tickets to these folks.

Patterson allowed Faried to get 16 rebounds. that sh#t is unacceptable.

I'll be patient with you cause I know you have your learning curve as well, and you may find yourself one day not sad and disheartened and instead cheerfull and full of appreciation and love toward others inspite your time losing 2 in a row...

Faried allowed Pat to get 18pts on 8-13 shooting also.

It seems like when Harden drives to the rim, he likes it when guys stay outside. When Lin drives to the rim, he likes it when someone cuts to the basket with him.

Well, players can't distinguish when to go and when to stay. And since Harden has the ball most most of the time in ISO, they're conditioned to stay in their spots. Overall, Harden ISO has killed team basketball. I blame it on McHale and his coaching staff.

I believe that none of those points were in the paint. Now check Faried shot charts, I think they were all around the rim after the rebounds.

I hope so. We won 2/3 of our home games last season.

not a well played game by both sides, but faried and gallo did a mumber on the baords.. 26 between the two of them.. gallo really outplayed parsons who seemed invisible most of the game..

patterson did well, I was impressed with his shooting during that 3rd qtr I think it was, but there were just too many turnovers.. Harden had 6... and honestly I think he got fouled half a dozen times and no call, he is going to have to adjust.. same with lin.

Rockets are going to have to get back to crisp ball movement and making jumpers.. asik is also going to have to do a better job finishing... Morris has to be more consistent as well..

I am confused as to why the rockets cut livingston, he would be perfect at the backup PG role... IMO..

rockets need to put this one behind them and get that next game..

It's been terrible that Chandler Parsons has been such a non factor. I think his game really suffers when there is little ball movement -- which is how it's been recently. He isn't effective at creating his own shot, but is good at cutting and taking advantage of the opportunities that come with ball movement.

One man's loss is another man's gain. See, when Harden, Lin, and Chandler Bang were all below expectation, PPT was exceeding expectation. So don't worry. Things will happen in due time. It's all in God's plan.:)

Parsons playing like a scrub. His offense is non existent and his defense is slightly above average at best. Play Morris or heck Delfino at the 3
