My only criticism is the amount of 3s we shot, 33. I bet we shot more than any of the 26 teams that played tonight. If McHale can't disciplined them in shooting higher pct. shots, then he needs to find a super team to coach, not a team that is starting from scratch.

it wouldn't matter if we had chris paul, Mchale is a horrible coach he wouldn't know what to do with him..other then iso and give paul or harden the ball. You seriously don't know what your talking about so do us a favor and get out and don't post again.

Clearly not another premature and hyperbolic overreaction to a single game.

And what's this? Another suggestion that the Rockets' rookies, who are must worse than the rotation players and are thus not getting playing time, should get playing time.

You don't fire a coach after the team plays a bad 1st quarter of a game, you have to allow for adjustments. This is the same but larger scale. Let them see what works and doesn't work but give it time before you move on to a new set.

It's way too early for this thread. We are just 4 games into the season from a complete overhaul and you want to trash the system already? You will never find stability or progress if you make knee jerk moves.

Well said. Harden tried to play too much heroball. Lin is not the lin I used to know, defered too much and he is afraid of shooting now. Gave the ball to harden and stand behind the 3 point line or corner, WOW. What's going on?

    I hate this RealGM-inspired word.

Are we talking about too much trying to create offense in isolations and clearouts because that's literally exactly why Daryl Morey just traded for him.

don't worry, we didn't like him last year either. He didn't develop our bigs. He played a ton of PnRs also last year. He kept playing small ball over Dalembert in the 4th qtr when we went into that 6-game losing streak. Dragic and Lee breaking out was a function of Lowry's and Martin's injuries.

Look, it's a game of adjustment. When he sees Harden struggling out there, we should at least sit him down and run something else. But no, McHale is as simplistic as they come.

What happened to Asik's and PPat's post offense? I thought they worked on it all summer long.

please, shut up. tyler zeller was not a better pick than royce white/terrence jones, and he went 17. dallas would've taken royce there instead of zeller if he was available.

PPatt was a better pick than those two because we didn't need guards.

marcus morris was a gamble. yes it can be argued that leonard was a better pick there. he was. but 13 other teams passed on him too. and it's not like morris is OUT and not playing now. all of our picks are still relevant.

They're terrible and worse than the Rockets' rotation players.

They're on the roster to add depth and so that they can develop into non-terrible players during practices, blowouts, and in the D-league.

No idea why this is hard to get.

Just curious, none of our rookies play a single second. If we drafted Leonard, will he play some minutes that would show he is that good? let alone starting the game?

If he wants $$$$, then he should take note that the coaching staff particularly Kelvin Sampson n McFail are ruining Lin.

Actually, including last year, it's not just 4 games.
