It wasn't as close as the score indicated, in my opinion. They were leading throughout, and we weren't able to take advantage of any of the matchups. Our half-court offense looked like very ugly to me.
Lin's got clutch in his genes. Did you see what he was doing as the game got more tense. The guy took Danilo 1 on 1 and shut him down. 6 STEALS - he went into win at all costs mode! And the fouls he picked up were clutch! I'm disappointed in the home crowd so far. Took way too long to get loud.
2-2 and we are the YOUNGEST TEAM in the NBA look at the Lakers people are they not going to make the playoffs?? Of course they are its only 4-5 games stop overreacting
The Rockets are what we thought they were. They're what we thought they were. We played in preseason. I mean, who the hell takes the third game of the preseason like it's bull****? Bull****! We played in the third game, everybody played three quarters ... the Rockets are who we thought they were! That's why we took the damn court! Now, if you want to crown them, then crown their ass! But, they are who we thought they were, and we let them off the hook! Spoiler lulz
Yup. I think Houston fans looking at our W / L record this year will be VERY disappointed. When you're a young team, you look at potential in players and their development. No matter how much better a player gets, a player who has "it" has it from square one all the way to his potential.
Well, I suspect we'll be below average on offense and above average on defense throughout the year, so that's not surprising. But we weren't favored to win this game; the Nuggets are/should be one of the best teams in the conference. We aren't.
I don't know why its necessary to ask if hes a #1 option - let the ball find the best shot. Patterson and Delfino were doing great. I think Lin needs to be given more freedom, and forced to be more involved in the offense. 2 games in a row where he didnt score til mid/end of 2nd quarter.
u mean u thought? rockets are better than what they have shown today. i blame the coach for not bringing the best out of them.
Not gonna say those two road wins were fool's gold, but you could already see that we weren't gonna win much without cleaning up our act first. Those two huge Harden performances were just masking the truth.
I think we are all just frustrated that players are playing out of position so much. JLin a SG? PPat at the 3 point line taking spot up shots? Harden PG? Really?
