I've notice that as well. McHale need to see this and he need to stop stucking his head between Harden legs at all time.

tbh we didn't deserve to win that game. if we won I would still say they looked like the better team. lin isn't a big threat offensively like we need him to be at times. he's subpar on transition D. harden was forcing it and got shut down by iggy, even when it was 1 on 1. parsons is suffering sophomore slump..he doesn't look like anything special. he actually looks like he's regressed. his handles are awful and his passes look sloppy, he just looks awkward. ppat was on tonight but he was a no show on defense. faried carved him out on hustle plays. he got all the important rebounds and tip ins. asik had an okay game but he's a liability on offense. can't finish even the most simplest plays

Danilo was not his first victim, and won't be his last.........

If nothing else, people are starting to notice Lin's defense. If it weren't for that, the Nugs would have blown the Rox out of the building.

We had our chances (relatively speaking) and we played like crap. The sky isn't falling. I just don't feel crappy after losses any more. The vision is there.

Upsetting to see Jeremy Lin take some terrible shots - which I don't believe even hit the rim. ????

Also, anyone see that terrible pass he threw into the stands? He just flung it like, F it!

I can't say this is all the J. Lin's fault but McHale is not looking good right now.

    GET IT TOGETHER ROCKETS!!!

    Tonight's game was just odd.

Even when he was the 3rd shooting option in NY, he was shooting 15-18 shots per game. Even the previous 3 games he was shooting 12-15 shots per game.

McHale clearly hasn't given him the green light and has been funnelling the offense through Harden. The only thing I can think of is McHale is asking him to focus more on facilitating.

It LOOKED like most of the game they were trying to run Half-court offensive sets. Guessing that's what they worked on for 3 days?

They ran that same left side, low screen maybe 6 or 7 times for Harden... and nearly all of them ended badly.

I didn't see Lin run a single PnR... just a couple of picks. VERY few screens.

They also ran ALOT of time with TD as the PG on the floor, even WITHOUT Lin and Harden.

I hope there's a method to the madness. It looked alot more like practice than an actual live game.

but really Lin actually played on the other aspect of the game. But his shooting was horrible. iF you watch him, he is shooting like a guy with absolutely no confidence. He needs to shoot himself out of it. He needs to learn from Toney Douglas, as bad as he is, he chucks up shots like there is no tomorrow.

    You are correct.

Lin is mediocre and I envision him as the first piece traded for a major piece.

The Rockets really need to cut down on turnovers, or is its going to be an ugly season.

The portland and now this denver game has really exposed the Rockets athleticism. Rockets just don't have that jump out of the stadium type of guys on defense or offense. Denver has Faried and Iggy, Portland has Batum, Atlanta has Josh smith and so on.

Yes I noticed that too.. they left lin on the bench way too long. Lin went out in the third before harden and then came back after harden in 4th quarter with like 8 minutes left. WTF mcfail

Lin is the easy target. Even the announcers were saying he played good D in the 4Q. But it's Lin's story all his life. Nothing new.

He isn't 100 percent yet. He will be worth the money next year. It takes one year to get over knee injuries sometimes.

Rockets were down by 4 when Lin goes out in the 3rd. When he goes back in the 4th, the Rockets were down by 9. And this with Harden playing all of the 3rd and coming back before Lin in the 4th. Lin might not score 30 points, but he's key to making the team run.

We need to be more positive. Look how hard the Rockets fought despite just about everything going against them. Even had a decent chance to win the game at the end against a solid Denver team. Unless people just want to trash certain players or the coach.

Sadly, the Rockets offense looks eerily similar to those scrubs you play online on NBA 2k13.

Iso, drive and kick.... then that person goes iso, drive and kick.... then that person runs a quick pick and roll but doesn't even look for the person rolling to the basket. Jack up 3-pointer after 3-pointer, which results in brick after brick.

The coaching staff must of gotten beat by one of those scrubs and thought "Hey, maybe this offense will work in the real NBA."
