ClutchFans Game Thread: Nuggets @ Rockets 11/7/2012

Lin waited too late to be aggressive on Offense. When he saw that Harden was off he should have taken it upon himself to put the team on his back. We made a run with an aggressive Lin. I don't know why he was so passive during this game.

 

As badly as we played on the offensive end (jlin im looking at u), we still kept it close. however if harden played half as well as he did the 1st three games, we would've pulled it off. bummer.

 

WTF - does seem strange Rocket only loss by 6 pt.

 

seriously terrence jones deserves to play and anything is better than toney douglas hes absolutely terrible harden missed alot of freebies and the rockets will never win when joey crawford refs all in all look @ the brightside were still better than the lakers and jazz recordwise

 

Ppat sucks at Defensive rebound. He did not even tried to box out there. It's terrible like last year when we have Scola and Ppat in there. No Rim protection, no rebound. If Mcfail wants to go small, need go we T-Jones or someone who can at least grab the f@@king rebound.
Again, I know Kenneth Faried is raw with basketball skills but his energy is what we need. Wish we had drafted him with that 14th pick last year.

 

bad spacing from the get go, terrible offensive sets or set whatever the hell mctalky was running out there. Lin is not being agressive. He blew pass Lawson when he did attempt to, that one time. =/

Parsons sucks. Lin sucks. Asik sucks. Harden looks like he sucks as well.

nice game our team gathered still one experience notch under their belt.... 2-2 all for games were open till last minute....Go Rockets!

 

It's the teams fault - first half was too sloppy. Patterson was the only guy out there hitting shots.

 

Parsons has not been good so far. Delfino should replace him as a starter until he can man-up.

Sucks to see 4 rockets jerseys around the basket and Igoudala easily grabs the rebound. Everyone on the team is slackin.

 

Stay out of the skanky strip clubs and stick to the gym.

I think most of it falls on McHale to be honest. He's a horrible coach, and even Lowry said he will not return unless McHale is fired as a coach. I think everyone can see why now.

 

Lin/Harden needed to be more aggressive, but I guess going up against Iggy was a bit much. The length and speed of the Nuggets caused problems all night. Depressing game to watch, but we all knew it was coming. Take the drubbing and move on.

 

Parsons showing us what he really is......a second round pick.

 

2nd half was much better, we out rebounded them, forced 5more TOs from them, out scored them. Hope they bring the same intensity into next game.

 

The Detroit game was MUCH worse.

 

Lin isn't a spot up shooter, so why do you think he is going to score points in a role like that? Basketball is about flow and rhythem. He can make those outside shots, but not when he's being asked to do that exclusively, which is the situation right now.

Take the cuffs off, let him run the offence, dish and drive and you'll see his outside shots will start falling in.

Of just keep blaming him, despite the fact that he actually played well and was the only player who actually ran the offence for the team and created, when he was allowed to.

If you weren't so blinded by your bias you would see how badly this team is being coached.

Also... we might still have won if the Refs weren't so horribly biased.

 

Friday we lose to Memphis and I know we beat the Pistons but the way the Rockets are playing right now might as well call it a lost

 

I am not going to watch the Miami game..................................................
