    So smoking pot is only illegal if caught by a federal agent? Local police can't do anything to you?

    I wonder though....will you have to have a Colorado or Washington ID in order to purchase once you get there? In California, in order to obtain from a dispensary (medical MJ), you have to have a California ID.....:(

    So wait a ******* minute.. I can buy pot from street dealers or I have to have some weed license and but it at a dispensary???? What they mean by legal??? I can sell the **** myself???? I can smoke in public, what???

    The details haven't been worked out yet. Just because it passed doesn't mean it has gone into effect.

    Basically all this means is the war on drugs is finally being challenged by the informed majority that has analyzed the facts.

    We are hopefully heading for a Supreme Court case soon that will end the criminalization of mar1juana.

    The informed majority of Colorado and Washington? If this was such a large national mandate why isn't NY or MA passing this? Because Colorado and Washington are full of stoners.

    I don't think the war on MJ has been smart, don't get me wrong.
