I'd feel uncomfortable. I probably wouldn't vote if I lived in that area. The building, the ambulance, the large guy standing in front of the door wearing clothes that don't look inviting.
It's clearly voter intimidation. If a Klansman was wearing military fatigues and strutting around in front of a polling site liberals would be screaming at the top of their lungs.
But a klansman would be too much of a p***y to a) go into Philadelphia and b) not wear their hoods. I, for one, support klansmen going into the inner-city to walk around in front of polling stations.
