Chris Johnson did that same dance after he scored his 83 yard TD this past weekend. I have no idea where it came from, or what it means though.

I think he and Lydia Callis went to the same sign language school. He is warning people to gather up their possessions because a hurricane is coming. I've never seen a TD celebration turn into a PSA.
I initially couldn't figure out what Owen was doing but my guess here is that he is carving the turkey and then serving it??
He was serving turkey. When they showed the slow motion version it looked like he said "want some?" to the crowd.
