I'm watching the Knicks/ Sixers game and I just saw her. I didn't know she was still in the league. She is the worst ref of them all...I thought the lockout got rid of her.
What a shame. I wish someone had some data related to how many games have been wrongly decided because of her horrendous vision.
i thought she was actually graded as pretty decent, and it was only dee kantner (been gone for a while) that sucked
i read somewhere that at the end of each season, the head coaches of each team grade the refs' performance.....and violet consistently comes in last place every year
She's only there cause she is a woman. If they fire her, incoming lawsuit for discrimination on her part.
Not saying she's a good ref or even average, but any mistakes she makes will be magnified because she's a woman.
I don't remember seeing her much anymore but the games i do remember seeing her has been horribly reffed. She seems like a power tripping kinda ref and I hate that kinda refs.
Just realized there are two new female refs in the NBA. One of them is doing the OKC-ATL game right now.
Her and Tony Brothers are the two worst. When you see Violet Palmer call your game, you hear your fans, and the opponents both say "crap, we're going to get jobbed."
Violet is routinely awful and falls for every up fake and feint, but every season there are probably a dozen NBA refs that are worse.
