Thanks ... good job! loss is part of the game, and we will have more during the whole season...but keep up your good job, always enjoy it, thks again
Lin played OK...but he definitely needs to be a better finisher around the rim. Hope his strength come back soon.
Thanks for the great work as always. Jeremy had some Linsane plays this game, just hope he gets healthier and takes charge more in future games.
Did you see the replay? Risky defense by Wes Matthews who clearly fouled Harden. Any other time in the game that would have been a foul, but because it was the last play, it's a crapshoot whether the refs swallow the whistle or not
Damn the quality is perfection, thanks again geraldd. The play at 3:15 was straight out of the Linsanity textbook. Beautiful and1 floater during a crucial moment. Not even gonna lie though, watching this again pissed me off looking at that last dumbass possession by Harden to close the 4th He should have driven that inside. Whatever though, Blazers gonna get it next time
I wouldn't blame Harden, though I'd have called time out and had Jeremy handle it. If you listened to the post-game interviews, everyones been more or less winging-it. which should be exciting to all rocket fans or harden only fans lin only fans etc. Harden admitted his ankle bothered him and McHale's perfectly fine with Harden taking that shot. Although if it comes down to best shot. I wanted Lin to take that. His ankle wasn't hurt and he wasn't gassed - Lin played in the condensed schedule last season as a starter so he's got more muscle memory and experience when it comes to working through that level of fatigue and pain. But I'm a fan of the best shot & whom is on fire ~ and moving the ball til the best shot is found. Not mad ~ and I respect that Harden wanted to go for it. I think offensively there was an issue when Lin s first bucket was more than halfway through the 2nd quarter. Immediately indicated a stagnating offense. Just got to get more games and practices in! Its going to be a great season.
Yeah he should have drove to the basket, bad decision to try to pull up for a shsot in that situation. However, he was fouled and also McHale probably should have called timeout. BTW thanks for the video.
That is exactly right. Lin showed flashes of his brilliance throughout this game. But it seems like we are seeing less of that because of Harden. Now I am by no means blaming harden as he is the MAN but it's the coaches job to balance it so you do not stunt lin's development. Too often I saw Lin deferring to Harden tonight just to camp out in the corner. This is NOT using Lin to his full potential. Perhaps we should get D'antoni before the Lakers pick him up?
Christ, Lin got plenty of opportunities to shoot and drive. He's still trying to get confidence in his jumper. Once he's shooting better I'm sure coach will use him more.
Thanks for the vid! I especially liked the intro at the beginning. Man, the TC was rocking. The Detriot/Atlanta games seemed DEAD in comparison. I see flashes of Linsanity brilliance. I think Lin's getting his form back slowly.
