All in good fun man. You know your standing around here.

I'm totally stoked by Harden and believe he's a superstar on the come, but I'm still thinking the team is not going to continue to win like it has.

Good thing is, the bbs is rocking and we have something positive to talk about.

SL42, you had to know this backlash was coming but has to feel good to be wrong, so far.

For those members unaware of Sweet Lou 4 2's infamous history here on Clutchfans...

One of his monikers used to be NewYorker, and his main activity here was to troll fellow members by taking polarizing views and arguing them to no end. He would also take both sides of an argument and fight off both sides, all part of his homemade internet social experiment.

Clutch eventually banned him for this.

So one should probably take his posts with a grain of salt...

Its not like folks can't change......right?

I'll go to bat for him here.....his NewYorker persona was a troll, but since he reformed and came back with the SweetLou nick he hasn't appeared to be doing that anymore.

As far as I can tell, he has been playing it straight with this nick.

This is the exact reason why someone should shut the **** up when they don't know **** instead of trying to be the know-it-all guy. That goes for players like Asik and Lin too.

yeah i'm only pointing to the content here (his anti-harden posts)

insisting in a barrage of repetitive posts that harden cannot shoot off the dribble or shoot from midrange is so ridiculously foolish, that it does seem he might be doing it just for the shock value

Of course. No one is 100% right in what they say. Certainly I am not either. I honestly didn't think Harden had a shoot off the dribble game - he looked terrible in the games I saw in the regular season and playoffs last year.

And his passing is amazing, sick is the right word. And he clearly has worked hard this off season - his game is a level higher than it was last year.

I still think he will need an improved mid-range game before he can truly breach into greatness and truly lead a team. Against the elite clubs, they will find a way to contain his strengths and having a mid-range game will make him all the more devastating.

Also it's only been two game.

But yeah, look, when ever a Rocket player proves me wrong, hey, I am more than happy to say I am wrong and eat crow. Best crow I ever tasted.

Thanks for the back-up old pal.

I have always been straight in my Rockets commentary - under New Yorker as well. Was only a troll in D&D.
