I know. Kyrie, CP3, DWill, Rondo are all better option than Lin, but it doesnt necessary mean better chemistry in the back court. Big names come with big egos. By thinking at how Lin and Harden gel so well together, it really makes me wonder.

 

'might have' sounds like pure speculation on Woj's part.
It makes no sense anyway. I'd assume that owners decide on the total budget, total spending limits, but GMs do the micromanagement and basketball decisions.
