I spoke with a woman (not sure her name, wearing the Eagles shirt) and she is going to make sure they're prepared for the onslaught of Rockets fans tonight. Food was great, but like I said, I thought it was already. A suggestion though, put the burger menu by the front where you order! We didn't see anything about the burgers until after we ordered and saw the sign at the bar. Wish I could make it tonight, would love to meet justtxyank and others.
call Rockets Front Office and tell them you will be showing the Rockets games. You ca also have them do some promo with you for away games.

Ok, this is really weird. I just got back from jakes for lunch..and will say...hey the darn cheesesteaks are better then ever. No i don't know the owners but have gone there from the day they opened. I took my new bride there for Halloween Rockets style and had a blast. The new owners are a very nice couple...and you can tell there's a lady in the house ! lol. Listen I lived in Philly on Henry Ave near German town and went to Dellissandro's for Black Cows and cheese steaks with the wacky saturday movies at home. Shock Theater. They are not bad at all. And yeah you want cheez whiz they have cheese whiz..which I think is a sin against the cheese steak. IMO> Just ask them to melt the cheese on the steak on the grill...it's great ! Great place to get your Rockets fix until further notice...(damn Comcast/ATT dummies)
