Hopefully you are right. But don't discount just how corrupt this adminstration is, and voter fraud. They are playing for keeps. I don't see them going away quietly, no matter what the outcome.
Can't imagine the Fall of Saigon helped either, seems like just a lot of bad checks got cashed around that time.
