He promised me that unemployment would not go over 8% during his presidency and that he would cut the deficit in half.

Unemployment was over 8% for 40 straight months and he is spending money at a record rate.

My kids, grandkids, and I will spend the rest of our life paying taxes to pay off just what spent during his one term of office.

One of those is true, the other is false. But regardless, both "claims" are based on things he said after he was elected. I'm asking for what you were promised when you voted for him in '08.

I am asking you specifically what you're referring to of his promises - unless your original response was incoherent, I'm assuming you were talking about something related to my post. You seem to be unable or unwilling to answer the question. Is that correct?

 

I don't need a phone. But I do need cheaper medicine because I have family that is crippled by debt because of prescription prices. He promised to allow us to buy outside the country and I liked that but it didn't make his stupid healthcare bill.
