Rate them as what? Is it based on pure point guard skills, all around best game (so ball handling, passing, court vision and all of that) or best player as far as doing the things to help the team win? I don't know how guys can rate them when they're not even sure what's being asked. It seems many in lists in here are based on some performances and emotional attachment. My list as far as best player that helped us win games it's:

    1. Rafer Alston - Hell yes, say what you want, but this guy helped us win 22 games, beat out everybody in 2008 and if weren't for his injury, we would've gone to the 2nd round, he played unselfish, was a decent defender and just all around a great player to help us win games.
    2. Aaron Brooks - Again, say what you want, the guy helped us win! 2009 playoffs remember that, terrible team in 2010 and who won us games, AB did. Sure, he was a shoot first PG but if it weren't for him, say bye bye to taking LA to 7 games in 2009.
    3. Kyle Lowry - Did a great job as a back up, did amazing things as a starter. Worked on his game, was a bull and unselfish when he had to be.
    4. Steve Francis - Why so low? Because 90% of the time he dribbled out the clock and in the end, we lost more games than we won because of his TOs and streetball ****. Sure you can blame Rudy T or his system, but had he committed himself to winning, playing defense and being a team player, Yao would've had even better numbers as a rookie and JVG and him would've worked it out. Also, with his skills and athleticism, he should've done a lot better.
    5. Goran Dragic & Bob Sura - Both good players. One very slick, great skill set, the other gritty, tough minded. Both worked hard and helped us win games. Too bad we only had both for a short period of time.
