This post gave me the idea for the thread. Although this very far sketched. Do you guys think James Harden could talk Durant into coming to Houston one day? We all know there very close, plus Durant wouldn't have to worry about Westbrick. Don't forget he went to the Univetsity of Texas!

Durant seems to like OKC a lot. I don't think he's gonna be leaving.

I remember reading in Slam a long time ago that Durant was a Rocket fan growing up...although I think this was more of a T-mac thing.

No. Money then the lifestyle that's available from a team's city dictates where these athletes go.

Durant stated that he's a thunder until OKC doesn't want him anymore. So 10 years from now maybe hah

If the **** completely hits the fan these next two years, then may MAYBE maybe there is a slight hope that Durant would even consider leaving.
By then though, this will be completely Harden's team (if it isn't already), and that would be quite awkward for Durant

    Doubtful.

They're just gonna have to get their hugs and kisses out when they are teammates at the all star game. Westbrook, kd and harden together again should be a nice story...

OKC would bend over backwards, then flip over, to please Durant. Durant is staying in OKC for life (or until his talents start going downhill in which case he will be dumped for assets).

Harden: That's right Kevin, you'll actually get touches here!

How crazy would that be? I'd name my firstborn Daryl Morey, boy or girl.

I would like to have Durant to play behind Parsons as the 6th man. ;)

With the way new CBA is set up, incentivizing star players to become unrestricted free agents rather than sign extensions. KD will be a completely UFA by 2016. By that time, Harden still has two years left on his contract. If they don't win any chip before then, it's not too farfetch to think he might consider to play else where.

Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder will never part. Ever.
