They did it on Mike@Mike this morning for Halloween. For the record, I don't think you're a racist. I've seen you criticize TMac in a much harsher manner then Lin. I agree in regards to LOF fans. It's a shame as they as they apparently aren't Rockets fans. China has an outstanding NBA fanbase and they've done wonders for expanding the game globaly. If Harden keeps it up he has a chance to be a starter in the All-Star game thanks to our international fanbase. Lin is what he is. Some people apparently have a hard time dealing with it
I never said Lin sucks I did state many hundred times I thought we should've kept Landry Scola didn't have crazy Argentinian fans getting butthurt over opinions.
If you someone thinks Lin will be an 18/7 guy, you will be disappointed. I thought Linsanity could happen again here, but it will not. Not that he's not capable of doing it, but the team is not structured for him to average these numbers. Harden will be a 23-25ppg scorer, while Asik should be around 12-14ppg. With guys like Parsons, Delfino, and Tjones all capable of average 10ppg. Lin at best will be around 14-16ppg. His shots attempts will be like tonight, around 12. As long as he can average 7+ assists and play D like he did tonight, we'll be winning a lot of games, I've already booked playoffs. I'm predicting he'll be 15/7 for the season.
I'm sorry you won't ever know the feel of missing of a player during trades because you don't have a favorite team. You can just team hop to whereever Lin goes.
Actually, I'm pretty sure all the Argentinians are happy Scola left to a better team. "real rockets fans" wanted to tank for lottery before the season started. You were all like, "play all rookies and fire everybody".
Hey thanks for creating this thread. It kind of became a hot mess as you can see. Any who I agreed with much of what you said. A big thing to add is that they are both so unselfish. Like literally Lin totally set his ego aside & let Harden have the ball & Harden totally set his ego aside & let Lin go to work. That is very rare in young players who more often than not are looking to get there own. This back court is going to have some lumps & will have difficulty against defensive teams but there is a really special foundation.

Slow? He's one of the quicker PGs in the league, how do you think he gets to the basket at will? Also you must not know much about defense if you think Lin is a bad defender. If anything he's one of the better defenders the Rockets have on the floor next to Asik. Advanced stats show as much. Mike Conley was 2-10 tonight with 6 TOs and 7 points. If Lin put up that statline tonight people would be calling for his head. Yet Conely is considered a mid to high tier PG...and according to people like you Lin is only backup caliber.
