really werid this thread- started off as discuss on jeremy lin's problems some people say he was ok some say no he screwed up abit ---> then anti-LOF come in and accuse LOF of taking the glory away from HARDEN's awesome performance ----> pulling out comments which are totally out of context ----> Hell breaks loose ---> now Tinman descends. ( what will it be?)

Don't let the tinman ruin it for you. This is gonna be a great year. I put tinman on ignore, and I'm enjoying this site much more.

Yao was a headline player, led the league in All-Star voting, brought the team a lot of attention, and was one of the best centers in the league for a while. I guess they wonder if Lin will have the same effect.

No it means Lin had a good game statistically and yet he still can be better, which is why we are excited about look forward to the future. A lot of you are still dwelling on the past. Lin may well average all star numbers like 18/7 but why does he need to average those numbers for you to get over Lowry/Dragic? They didn't average those numbers last year and Lin is superior to them on defense. Lin only cares about wins; he would have been fine with 6 pts and 4 assists if it meant the team won tonight.

By the way, PHX just lost to GS at home.

man, i join this forum obviously because of Lin but
some of these discussions are becoming too stupid

Lin's a good player and has holes in his game that he needs to work on.

Harden's the man on the team and that's good for Lin because it allows him to develop his game.

It's statements like these that honestly make me feel sad for the human race.

As if there's some sort of magical aura around him. The man. The myth. The god: Jeremy Lin.

There should be a movie. Real talk.

ummm most Lin fans think he is a player with potential... thats about it....

show me a Lin fan who has said he has the talent level Yao Ming showed?

    a star player

problem with the Anti-Lins and the Anti-Lofs

you think we think he is a GOD and can do no wrong... the next coming of MJ

when most of us look at him as a Rudy Ruettiger type of inspiration....

    thats just so horrible....

I forgot that the real Rockets fans want to tank this season. Both Lowry and Dragic wasn't as good as "rockets Lowry" and "rockets Dragic", they lost tonight.

LOL. way to alienate your fans being homers to some players that's no longer on your team. But real Rocket fans just want to tank and pad stats.

Also, idiots that still want to hold on to Lamb and picks like it's their virginity.

This thread is trash. SMH. We won the game and Lin did a solid job. This is what having an extremely popular player is going to do. Overanalysis and bull*****.

i'll be a fan for a while too, so these cranky old farts can suck on it. lol. the only Rockets left from previous years is Parsons (only one worth mentioning at least). so i don't get all the bs about "Real Rockets fans" and "LOF". so called "Real Rockets fans" wouldn't still be crying about former players and dissing current players, then trying to cover it up by saying "LOF's are annoying" crap. if you LOH's didn't act like such pathetic fans then the fans of new players around here wouldn't call you out.
