Next point is that it is a valid point to bring up our past point guards to analyze the play of our current one. We have Lin now. That's probably not going to change in the near future. But we know what value a good point guard brings to the table. And right now I do not see Lin providing that. Once again I hope Lin improves and becomes a solid floor general. But I don't want this ish to turn into Rafer Alston v2.0
I understand your point but the offense suffering had more to do with the scrub replacing him than Lin being off the floor. He had a solid game but I expect much better. Needs to average a respectable 18/7 this season for fans to get over Lowry/Dragic.

Who the heck cares about Dragic/Lowry. Last I checked they weren't on the Rockets. Who's on the team now is Lin and Douglas. Frankly for Lin, I'm not seeing it as an all star. I think his potential is 12/8. He can't finish at the rim like he used to and he seems afraid to take the jumper. Oh and Douglas should be cut.
