My thoughts on Morris and the bench.. Was disappointed in Mooks overall performance tonight, he really isn't helping his case playing really sloppy like he did tonight. I know he can play if he can get his #*!% together. TD was completely useless and did nothing but help the Pistons score points.

Carlos Delfino really shot lights out with those 3s and helped propel that comebaeck and Greg Smith I thought I a solid game off the bench. Rockets bench are going to have to get better though, Delfino won't be hot like that every game.

Lets give McHale the benefit of the doubt until we hear the explanation, which will surely come out.

I'm late to this. Any answers as to why Jones wasn't put in? Seriously, Morris over Jones?!

I agree. I guess they just wanted to start with the veterans first. But T-Jones will definitely be a better fit for our system.

Yeah, the 4 spot was invisible today. I still think Paul Millsap would be perfect. We could stagger rotations with a player like Millsap who can create his own shot and give us some offense when Lin/Harden are on the bench.

Broussard asked Harden to take him through the thought process on why he turned $13-14M/yr + competing for a championship on OKC vs. $16M/yr and barely making the playoffs on HOU

T Jones didn't play because he is not a good shooter. They wanted to space the floor for Lin and Harden.

    Agree.

Delfino is the game changer tonite but he is no Ginobili... Lin just did what his job was supposed to be and he finished well. Hope one day Lin will get up to 100% fit then we will get a better run.

Because in Houston he will become a Lebron/Kobe texan version.

And in OKC he will be off the bench...

    Brossard must be r****d...

Yeah. And it sounded like Harden hinted that he wasn't offered $14 million/year.

Jalen Rose came to our defense:

Why did Harden leave OKC. 1)5yr/$78m vs 4yr/$55m. 2)to be the #1 option. 3)no state taxes. 4)to live in H-Town! #NBA

Broussard is an idiot. Maybe because this way Harden gets an extra year, no state income tax, oh, and he gets to start and be "the guy"?

Media pressuring stars to team up and create superteams is a big part of what is wrong with the NBA. What happened to players wanting to carry their teams.

I really miss Lin ally-opp with his teammates.
He did it many times last season.

Harden sort of chuckled when Broussard mentioned why he turned down OKC deal. I thought that was funny
