Seems odd that Jones isn't on the floor. I suspect either McHale just doesn't want to play the rooks and give Morris a chance, or maybe a possible trade is in the works involving Jones. Just speculation though.

Jones not playing is the biggest mystery to me. I really want to know if there is something we don't know. After playing so well in the preseason it doesn't make much sense leaving him out of the rotation tonight, especially when we need another big man out there.
Really dislike the way he subs his players in and the rotations. Marcus Morris has no clue what's going on out there. Douglas shouldn't have made the team.

I suspect that McHale is trying to bolster Morris' confidence w the start. Trying different angles to pull it out of the kid. With Patsquatch out, this could be his only shot at these minutes and to play up to how he probay views himself. If we start 0-1 for starting Morris and trying to salvage some value of a 1st round pick, I'm ok w that.
His sub patterns have NEVER made any sense. Lin gets a fourth foul AND he takes out Harden?!?!?!?! That's the difference in the game right friggin there!

Harden and Parsons really need more work together. Parsons has no clue how his game falls in line w harden as the 2nd ball handler. Looks clunky.
McHale is a good coach. Remember how great he did in Minny? Oh wait... Can't stand McHale and his fans. Good player does not translate to good coach.
Had we kept the dragon or Lowry and never fired Adelman we would be looking at a playoff team right here. (and yes, I know that if your aunt had a **** she would be your uncle). JLin is absolutely atrocious.
How many games did he coach? McHale doesn't have any "fans", he just has ignorant haters. And there are people like us who try to knock some sense into these idiots.
